These Terms of Service apply to all illustration commissions provided by Kurumahu ("the Artist"). By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
本規約は、Kurumahu（以下「制作者」）が提供するイラスト制作サービスに関する条件を定めるものです。ご依頼いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
Requests
ご依頼について

Requests are accepted via form or X (DM).

After reviewing your request, I will inform you of availability and delivery schedule.

I may decline requests that violate public order, morality, or fanwork guidelines.

ご依頼はフォームまたはXのDMより受け付けております。

内容確認後、制作可否および納期をご案内いたします。

公序良俗に反する内容、二次創作のガイドラインに違反する内容はお受けできません。
Pricing & Payment
料金・お支払いについて

Prices will be quoted in advance.

Payment must be made via PayPal or other specified methods.

Work will begin after payment is confirmed.

料金は事前にご案内いたします。

お支払いはPayPal等の指定方法にてお願いいたします。

お支払い確認後、制作を開始いたします。
Revisions
修正について
-
Free revisions are available up to three times per stage.
-
Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
-
ラフ・カラーラフ・清書工程ごとに3回まで無料修正が可能です。
-
それ以上の修正は追加料金が発生する場合があります。
Delivery Format
納品形式

File format: PNG / JPG / PSD (negotiable)

Delivery method: Google Drive or email attachment

Copyright
著作権について

Copyright remains with the Artist.

Commercial use requires prior approval.

Claiming authorship, redistribution, or AI training usage is prohibited.

著作権は制作者に帰属します。

商用利用をご希望の場合は、事前にご相談ください。

自作発言・二次配布・AI学習への使用は禁止しております。
Portfolio Use
実績公開について

Completed works may be displayed on my portfolio or social media.

Please inform me in advance if you wish the work to remain private.

制作した作品は、ポートフォリオ・SNS等で実績として掲載する場合があります。

非公開をご希望の場合は、事前にお知らせください。
Cancellation
キャンセルについて

Cancellations after work has begun are generally not accepted.
-
Please contact me if unavoidable circumstances arise.

制作開始後のキャンセルは原則不可とさせていただきます。

やむを得ない事情がある場合はご相談ください。

The Artist is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the artwork.
制作物の使用によって生じたいかなるトラブルについても、制作者は責任を負いかねます。
